Aotearoa

Aotearoa is the current Māori-language name for New Zealand. The name was originally used by the Māori people in reference to only the North Island, with the name of the whole country being Aotearoa me Te Waipounamu in the South Island.  

The name of our country is one that holds great mana throughout the Pacific and indeed across the world. Our people, culture and transfixing landscapes holds your mind in awe.
